President's Message

In 2012 we look forward to seeing friends from past years, welcoming new colleagues to our

Association and discussing topics important to our industry.  As always, ACA welcomes your input, as we want to know if we are meeting your educational needs.

In order to continue our growth within the industry it is essential that we continue to attract new members to our organization.  If you have not already done so, please visit our website at www.albanyclaims.com and become a member for 2012.

If you are currently a member, 2012 dues of $20.00 are due and payable at our next scheduled meeting on 02/16/12.

Reflecting back on 2011 as we went through insurance industry transitions, I’ve come to realize we are insurance professionals first  and a claims family second.  That is the pride we take in being a part of the Albany Claims Association.

We have already begun to plan and organize the Annual Golf Outing to held be in June and the Educational Seminar held in the Fall.   Visit our website for dates and details.  Look forward to seeing everyone in February.

Karen DiNova

2012 ACA President
